  Cambio Artists: Anna Maria Perez De Tagle

   

  Talented rising star, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, is one of today’s hottest triple threats with an extensive list of accomplishments including a role in the recently released motion picture, FAMEMGM/Lakeshore), the soon to be released Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (Disney/Sudden Motion) and Disney’s hit TV show, Hannah Montana (Disney/It’s A Laugh Productions). Anna Maria developed her love for theater and began training in singing, dancing and acting at a young age.

  Anna Maria stars in MGM/Lakeshore’s re-invention of FAME the movie as leading character “Joy,” which premiered in theatres across the country on September 25, 2009.

  She recently wrapped up filming Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam in Toronto with co-stars, the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Meaghan Martin and Chloe Bridges and is set to premiere in theatres nation-wide September 2010 on Disney Channel.

  Anna Maria’s family moved to Hollywood after she booked her first audition, a winning a role on Disney’s hit TV show, Hannah Montana. Anna Maria plays “Ashley Dewitt”, a ditsy fashionista who has no idea that her nemesis, Miley, is really her favorite performer, Hannah Montana.

  Anna Maria also makes an appearance in Demi Lovato’s new music video for “Remember December”.

  She always loved performing in front of the camera and on stage, starring in regional productions of Cinderella, Bugsy Malone and The King and I. She kept busy by modeling for Macy’s, Mervyn’s, Levi’s, The Gap, Old Navy, SBC, Leapfrog and was a junior finalist for Star Search 2.

  Anna enjoys designing and creating her own clothes, making her an excellent spokesperson for ELLEgirl’s model search, in which she helps ELLEgirl’s readers learn about fashion and how to become a model.   Born in San Francisco, California and raised in San Jose, Anna Maria is currently living in Los Angeles with her family. She has two older brothers and two pet teacup Yorkies. Her brothers are her most ardent protectors and best friends. Her favorite charities are The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Camp Ronald McDonald and St. Jude’s. During her free time, she likes to design and make her own clothes. Her hobbies are snow skiing, dancing, singing, playing the piano, reading, answering her fan mail, e-mails and surfing the net.
