My Experience on the Show

My character's name is Ella and she's the girly girl of the mean girl clique. She's obsessed with her lip gloss, nail polish, and clothes. She is a little bit of a ditz but she makes a complete transformation towards the end of the movie.

To get this part, I auditioned like every other girl did for the movie. I actually only went through 2 auditions, 1 for the casting directors and 1 for the producers and director. A couple weeks after that, my agent called and said, "You're going to Toronto next week!"

I had a blast on set. There are so many funny stories I wish I could tell them all, but one in particular was when we filmed "Too Cool." When Meaghan Martin was doing her "shoulder" dance, Joe Jonas and Jordan Francis we're in the back copying the whole dance. I was trying so hard not to laugh but it was very flattering for "the mean girls" because they said it was one of their favorite performances. My favorite performance is "Final Jam" when Ella dances and sings, "Hasta La Vista."

I got to keep accessories from this shoot, but not the clothes. I had a lot of heart themed jewelry and I loved it, so I got to keep a few.
